Vatsa LLC operates Indiroot and Sitara. This SMS program provides customer-support replies and informational updates related to customer inquiries. Customers who separately opt in to marketing may also receive offers, discounts, and promotional messages for Indiroot and Sitara.
Optional SMS Consent
Our Customer Contact website’s chat widget collects informational and marketing SMS consent through separate, optional checkboxes. You may choose either category, both, or neither. We send messages according to your consent selections. Consent is not required to make a purchase. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in either SMS category.
Message Frequency and Costs
The number of messages depends on your inquiries and support needs. Your wireless provider may charge message and data fees for incoming and outgoing texts. Contact your provider with questions about your plan.
Stopping Messages
Reply STOP to a message from us to end your enrollment. We will send a confirmation of your unsubscribe request, and further program messages will stop. To enroll again, complete the opt-in process through our website’s chat widget.
